Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention efforts to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by designing and implementing evidence-based behavior plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to uphold quality standards in service delivery Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality protocols Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards Ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health screenings effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families or caregivers Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and security of sensitive patient information Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral health services! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
