Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role We are urgently hiring for a BCBA to join Champion Autism Therapy Center . Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using data-driven practices Monitor client progress through structured data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior support staff Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Caseload Structure Small, sustainable caseloads: typically 6-12 clients depending on program type Full-time, in-person schedule at our center location Reliable transportation required Career Growth & Advancement Paths We actively support long-term career advancement with structured pathways into leadership: Supervisory & Leadership Roles Advancement from BCBA → Senior BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Executive Director Opportunities to oversee clinical teams, program implementation, and staff development Academic, Policy, or Organizational Roles Pathways into research, education, policy, or organizational behavior management for broader impact Professional Development Ongoing support for continuing education, conferences, and advanced certifications (e.g., BCBA-D) Qualifications Active BCBA credential in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
