Providers / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. Position Summary The Level
II EIDBI
Provider delivers individualized intervention services under the direction of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) or Level I Provider. This position is responsible for implementing Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), collecting treatment data, supporting caregivers, and promoting skill development using evidence-based behavioral interventions while maintaining person-centered and family-centered care. Essential Responsibilities Implement intervention services as specified in each client's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). Deliver evidence-based ABA and EIDBI intervention services under the direction of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) or Level I Provider. Provide services in a person-centered and family-centered manner. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on treatment goals, objectives, and client outcomes. Communicate client progress, concerns, and observed treatment needs to the supervising provider. Provide caregiver guidance, education, support, and training as directed by the Qualified Supervising Professional or Level I Provider and identified in the Individual Treatment Plan. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity. Teach communication, social, adaptive, behavioral, play, and independent living skills. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) when appropriate. Complete accurate and timely session notes and required clinical documentation. Participate in required supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Minnesota
DHS, BACB
Ethics Code, and Unity Center LLC policies. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet all of the following requirements: Required Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study.. Applicants must also meet one of the following qualification pathways: Option 1 Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or related field and Minimum 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent coursework in: ASD diagnostics Developmental and behavioral treatment strategies for ASD or related conditions Typical child development OR Option 2 Associate's degree in a behavioral health or related field and Minimum 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. OR Option 3 Minimum 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience delivering treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions. Preferred Qualifications Previous EIDBI or ABA experience. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities. CPR and First Aid Certification. Strong data collection and documentation skills. Experience providing caregiver coaching and support. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, squat, and actively engage during therapy sessions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
