Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential behavioral support services to students in a dynamic school environment near Saint Paul, MN. We are seeking two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work across multiple classrooms within a single facility, serving a caseload of 35-40 students—primarily individuals with significant behavioral and physical needs in a setting 4 program. Your focus will be students requiring intensive behavioral support, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring tailored interventions that make a real difference. As part of this role, you'll handle paperwork, participate in functional behavior assessments (FBA), and lead debriefing sessions, working closely with classroom staff and related service providers.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience supporting students with severe behavioral and physical disabilities (setting 4 or similar strongly preferred) Proficiency conducting FBAs, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans Strong skills in documentation, organizational tasks, and compliance with school-based requirements Collaborative approach to teaming, training staff, and debriefing after behavioral events Flexibility and resilience in high-need environments
Responsibilities:
Manage behavioral services for 35-40 students across multiple classrooms within one campus Conduct thorough FBAs and develop data-driven intervention plans Oversee implementation, monitor effectiveness, and provide hands-on support to staff Complete all associated paperwork and reporting in a timely manner Facilitate debriefings, professional development, and ongoing communication Support students with severe and complex needs, adjusting strategies as necessary This is a contract position starting September 8, 2026, running through June 10, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.
