We are looking for a compassionate and skilled BCBA who is committed to improving the lives of children with autism and supporting their developmental progress. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise ABA therapy services and provide clinical oversight to staff Deliver parent training and provide ongoing staff coaching and mentorship Track client progress and modify programming based on data and clinical need Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism Familiarity with Minnesota EIDBI standards preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding center
