August 24, 2026 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us in the St. Paul, MN area for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a brand-new, school-based position , ideal for a BCBA who enjoys problem-solving, consultation, and helping shape a role as it develops. The BCBA will work closely with school teams to design and support behavioral interventions for students with complex behavioral and social-emotional needs. Student Population Middle and high school students Students of color experiencing behavioral, disciplinary, and social-emotional challenges Focus on equity-centered, culturally responsive behavioral supports Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field One of the following: 5+ years of experience as a BCBA or teacher, or 3+ years of experience as a BCBA Experience working collaboratively in educational settings - preferred Why Join Us?
