In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a passionate advocate for patient care, you will foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and supports positive outcomes for our clients and their families. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavioral therapy. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with each individual's needs. Oversee data collection processes meticulously to monitor progress, inform treatment adjustments, and ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead the development of individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical providers, and family members—to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Ensure all clinical documentation, including medical records and progress notes, meet regulatory standards and reflect current treatment strategies. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing ongoing training on behavioral health topics such as patient care, behavioral assessment techniques, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Experience Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with valid licensure to practice independently as a clinical director or supervisor. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data-driven decision-making processes. Strong background in conducting patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations within a clinical setting. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and management of medical records. Prior experience leading or supervising clinical teams in behavioral health or special education environments is highly desirable.
