Addiction Recovery Schedule:
M-F 8a-6p, requires flexibility for hours worked. Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you'll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient ), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about mental health and addiction recovery, enjoys working directly with clients, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours Assist with client transportation to and from services Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems Participate in team meetings and staff trainings Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred) Valid, unrestricted driver's license required You'll Be A Great Fit for This Role if
