Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) GREAT PAY!!!!!

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with. Duties

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
• Educate and support families on behavioral strategies and techniques Requirements
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
