8:00am-5:00 pm

About Us Unearth Potential provides clinic-based ABA services for children ages 1-18. As a growing, locally owned clinic, we are intentional about maintaining quality care, supporting our staff, and promoting from within. We prioritize manageable caseloads, strong supervision, and team collaboration to support both client outcomes and staff well-being. Job Summary The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition, reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. A BCBA will also oversee the programming of associate behavior analysts, and registered behavior technicians and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
Duties include:
Maintain a caseload as outlined by the supervisor, inclusive of conducting evaluations and treatment plans, collecting data, and writing objective therapeutic notes and reports. Actively participate with collaboration and positive input with a multi-disciplinary team and clinical meetings. Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions according to individual needs Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic recordkeeping practices both independently and following clinic guidelines. Participate in professional development and growth activities such as workshops, classes, team meetings, and professional readings and research. Accept all other responsibilities as assigned and with consideration to time management and caseload. Consult with a multi-disciplinary team, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with the team. Maintain ethical standards according to HIPAA and the BACB code of ethics. Maintain all caseload programming needs
Required Skills:

ethical code, and clinic policies Physical Requirements of the Role Ability to actively engage with children throughout sessions, including time spent sitting, kneeling, or working on the floor Ability to move quickly and respond to children in a variety of settings Ability to lift, carry, or assist children and materials (typically up to 30-50 lbs) Ability to participate in movement-based and play-based activities throughout the day
Required Credentials :
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field or planning to sit for your BCBA within a year.
