Transparent salary range, annual raises, bonuses, and benefits including PTO, holidays, and self-care days. Position Overview As a BCBA at ASN, you will be empowered to practice ethically and independently, providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy.
You will:
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on data and assessments
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, Clinical Directors, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Track client progress using data-driven approaches
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Facilitate family collaboration and education
  • Engage in professional development and CEU opportunities Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for providing high-quality ABA therapy and positively impacting families
