Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities/intellectual disabilities. Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and skill acquisition accurately to inform treatment adjustments Use behavioral management techniques to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in various settings Support teaching of social skills, communication, and adaptive behaviors through engaging activities aligned with individualized plans Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation and records Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update personalized plans that meet each client's unique needs Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Strong interest in working with individuals requiring behavioral health support Excellent data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress accurately Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards is a plus Compassionate attitude with patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in behavior analysis or related fields helpful Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication helps transform lives. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
