Why ABA Professionals Choose Behavior Solutions Competitive pay starting at $19+/hour, based on experience ($20+ with active RBT certification) Strong clinical supervision and mentorship Paid 40-hour training and competency assessment for RBT certification (if needed) Consistent full-time, daytime schedule (no evenings or weekends) Ongoing professional development, team collaboration, and advancement opportunities Supportive, positive work culture focused on ethical and effective ABA Schedule & Location Full-time , center-based preschool program Monday-Friday , 8:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m. St. Charles, MO Job Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA programs with 1:1 instruction Run programs using evidence-based strategies including DTT, NET, and behavior reduction procedures Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing training Maintain program materials and update client program books Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Complete session documentation and time sheets accurately

Required & Preferred Qualifications Required:

High school diploma Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Openness to feedback and commitment to professional growth

Preferred:
