Role:

• As an Evening Shift Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with our dedicated team to provide personalized ABA therapy services to children with autism.

You will be responsible for working one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans, and tracking progress. Your expertise and passion for helping others will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic or home setting
• Implement behavioral plans and track progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment
• Collaborate with our team of behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to all protocols, procedures, and policies to ensure the highest quality of care

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., behavior analysis, psychology, special education)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, observational, and recording skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
