Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and BTs Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions Analyze client progress and make treatment adjustments as appropriate Complete documentation and treatment updates in a timely manner Collaborate with families and other providers involved in care Maintain compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements

Required:

Active BCBA certification and LBA in Missouri Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation

Preferred:
