In-home, In-clinic, School-based About ABA Squad ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic, passionate individuals from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, united by a shared vision: to make a lasting, positive impact on behavior and the lives of the children and families we serve. Key Responsibilities Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst Create program materials as needed Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines Attend therapist trainings and team meetings Qualifications Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs) Experience working with children preferred Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits All RBTs (Part-Time & Full-Time): Assistance in obtaining RBT certification (at no cost to you) Competitive hourly rate Paid orientation and online trainings Collaborative and supportive team environment Flexible schedule Consistent weekly supervision by a BCBA Quarterly performance bonuses (up to $1,600/year) Full-Time RBTs (Additional Benefits): Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Sign-On Bonuses $200 sign-on bonus for individuals with a valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate. $500 sign-on bonus for individuals with a current RBT Certification in good standing.
