This requires energy, enthusiasm, and physical capabilities to engage the child in tasks and play activities. For example, he or she may need to participate in physical recreational activities with the child. This non-exempt position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to promoting positive behavior change and enhancing the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients. Precisely follow procedures and instructions, both written and spoken. Understand and implement each client's individual plan. Correctly use ABA processes and strategies, such as prompting/fading, reinforcement, preference assessment, shaping, and chaining. Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior, using designated data collection methods. Provide feedback and insight to client's lead therapist regarding client's needs and changes in behavior based on what is seen while providing direct services. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and their families, including safeguarding all documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies. Maintain RBT certification, including keeping a log of supervision hours and notifying the Clinical Director if any change in status occurs. Protect the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by reporting all critical incidents and potential risks and following all health and safety procedures. Always abide by the RBT Ethics Code. Follow all company policies as laid out in the Employee Handbook and other policy documentation. Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director. QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED Maintain active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification throughout employment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges. May be required to obtain and maintain certification in CPR, BLS, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention strategies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., tablets, computers) and data collection software, with a willingness to learn new technologies as required. Flexibility with scheduling Maintain highest standards of professionalism Be adaptable and able to work effectively in different environments while maintaining professionalism and adherence to treatment protocols. Reliable transportation is required for travel to client homes, schools, or other community settings as part of this role. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Various types of office and clinic-based equipment are used to accomplish the job requirements and include but are not limited to computers, televisions, tablets, learning tools, toys, etc. NON-EXEMPT STATUS
This position is classified as non-exempt, meaning the employee is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws. Non-exempt employees are compensated based on hours worked, and overtime will be paid for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. VEHICLE USE & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
Employees authorized to drive personal vehicles in conducting ABLE Pathways business must possess a current, valid driver's license, adequate automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Employees who use their own vehicle for ABLE Pathways business will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard reimbursement rate per mile.
