Join Latitude Therapy as an in-home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sullivan, MO, and support individuals with autism or developmental disabilities at every step of their journey. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Submit session notes and documentation as required Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene) Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided Travel between session locations as needed Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required RBT certification preferred•we'll help you get certified if you aren't already! Prior ABA experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance Must be able to pass background checks Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
