JOB DESCRIPTION LINK
As an ABA Coordinator with Special School District (SSD), you will provide leadership and support for applied behavior analysis services across an assigned region, helping ensure students receive high-quality, effective behavioral programming. In this role, you will supervise and develop behavior analysis staff, collaborate with educators and families, and guide the implementation of services that support meaningful student outcomes. Through data-based decision-making, consultation, professional learning, and partnerships with school teams, you will help strengthen behavior-analytic practices across the district while supporting students, staff, and families in achieving their goals. ABA Coordinators work during school hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional work after school hours may be required. Travel is required as this position serves multiple schools in the North Region. Education and Experience Master's Degree in special education, behavior analysis, or a related field required 3-5 years of experience in behavior analysis required Specific experience in behavioral and instructional strategies training related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required License issued by the Division of Professional Registration.
