uses evidence based practices to teach new skills and reduce problem behaviors. We serve individuals of all ages and services are available in settings that include, but are not limited to, natural homes, residential facilities, adult day programs, and schools. Office located in Wentzville, Missouri but currently service all surrounding areas.TURNINGPOINT
is a BCBA owned and operated organization that values employees and offers great work-life balance. We are looking for BCBAs, Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts, and/or individuals who have completed coursework and are not yet certified to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing on-going services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities include:
Conduct functional behavior assessments. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Monitor progress of clients in order to adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide individual, family, and group training sessions. Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for clients. Educate clients and families on behavioral strategies and techniques. Conduct research on the effectiveness of various treatments and interventions.Job Type:
