Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Willow Springs & West Plains, MO Lead with Purpose at Children's Behavioral Services! Ozarks What You'll Do:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and families to deliver whole-child care Empower parents with tools and strategies to support progress at home Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Celebrate milestones as each child grows and succeeds
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Current Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or ability to obtain Missouri licensure prior to providing services Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Passion for compassionate, evidence-based care and lifelong learning
