  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism
  • Assist in the assessment of clients' skills and behaviors
  • Document client progress and behavior changes
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement strategies at home and in the natural environment
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
  • Qualifications:
  • Current RBT Certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or children (preferably autism)
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
  • Familiarity with crisis prevention/intervention
  • Ability to provide patient care and support
  • Understanding of behavior analytic terminology and application of techniques
