Behavior Technician

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technician Trainees who are passionate about helping children thrive through meaningful relationships, play, and evidence-based care. What You'll Do As a member of our team, you will: Work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide ABA services Implement individualized treatment plans Build meaningful relationships with children and families Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skill development Collect and record treatment data accurately Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers Celebrate small victories, big breakthroughs, and everything in between Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Passion for working with children and families Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training program (within 10 days) Ability to complete the RBT Competency Assessment and
