  • Full-time Spectrum Behavioral Services is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in clinic-based and school-based settings.
Work closely with a supportive team of BCBAs to implement behavioral programming, receiving weekly face-to-face supervision. We are seeking driven and passionate RBTs to join our team. The RBT will provide 1:1 behavior interventions and conduct data collection. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting, to foster independence. Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively. Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation, including care plans, progress notes, and behavioral records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans. Support clients during teaching sessions, social skills development, and community outings to enhance functional skills. Qualifications Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, special education, or working with children is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods. Experience assisting with ADLs and supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals are essential qualities for success in this role.
