Role:

Best Life ABA is hiring a full-time, in-clinic BCBA. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who wants to make a difference for children and families in a supportive, clinic-based setting.

What You'll Do:

Supervise clients and RBTs per BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide parent education Communicate with families about treatment progress Support daily clinic operations and staff Submit all session data in a timely manner Attend staff meetings and occasional outreach events

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification Eligible for Mississippi licensure Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills Able to pass a background check
