Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and adults by fostering skill development, independence, and improved quality of life through evidence-based interventions. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design and implement behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care and medical documentation standards. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments and optimize treatment outcomes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing sensitive medical records securely. Conduct intake evaluations to assess initial needs and establish personalized goals aligned with each individual's capabilities. Offer training and supervision to behavior technicians or staff members involved in delivering therapeutic services. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices, medical terminology, and medical records management. Ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, team members, and healthcare providers. Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy. Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations within behavioral health or clinical settings is preferred. Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
