Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change through evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring each client receives compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and families, to ensure cohesive care delivery. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing confidential medical records and documentation accurately. Participate in intake procedures, patient care planning, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive diagnostic assessments. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management. Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures in a healthcare or educational setting. Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
