Job Description

Bilingual BCBA (English/Spanish)
  • Immediate Cases Available | $100
  • 115/hour | Charlotte, NC At Incredible Me ABA, you don't get dumped into a full caseload on day one. You start with one client and build at a pace that actually makes sense for your life. What this looks like in practice: Start with 1 immediate case (more available if you want them) Flexible scheduling
  • mornings, afternoons, evenings Cases kept within 30 minutes of your home W-2 employment (not 1099) $100
  • 115/hour compensation We've found that the best BCBAs we work with aren't looking for "more cases.
" They're looking for better ones — manageable, supported, and close to home. If you're currently full-time somewhere else, or just want to pick up extra hours without committing to a heavy caseload, this can fit around your schedule.
Requirements:

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized ABA programs Supervise and mentor RBTs Partner with families on home-based strategies Use tools like VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 BENEFITS $100
