Schedule:

Monday-Friday No Nights or Weekends •Sign-on bonus requires a one-year employment commitment and is paid in scheduled installments throughout the first year. Additional terms and conditions apply. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Design and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment programs Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress Provide direct clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs and clinical staff Train and mentor behavior technicians and team members Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote consistency across environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure quality care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and team members Proficiency with clinical software and data collection systems Why Join Already Autism Health?
