Job Description

Already Autism Health is seeking a BCBA to work in our Charlotte, NC clinic. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, and working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention planning, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices that promote meaningful progress for clients. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other disabilities through patient-centered care and data-driven strategies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles tailored to each client's unique requirements. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical terminology and client history for effective treatment planning. Stay current with advancements in behavioral health, autism research, and best practices in special education to enhance service quality. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and maintaining confidential medical records under HIPAA guidelines. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments within clinical or educational settings. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, team members, and external providers. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
