What you'll be doing: Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs Collaborating closely with families and caregivers Analyzing data and making real-time treatment adjustments What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification Required Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Someone who thrives in a hands-on, in-person environment Position details: Full-time and part-time options available In-person services in home and/or community settings Monday to Friday daytime hours Flexible scheduling within your assigned caseload
Compensation:
