We currently have full-time summer hours available, which will transition into after-school and evening sessions during the school year. This is an excellent opportunity for RBTs seeking immediate hours and long-term growth with a supportive team. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time summer caseload opportunities After school hours during the school year Flexible scheduling Consistent BCBA supervision and support Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work that makes a difference for children and families Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Teach communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills Support positive behavior change using evidence-based ABA strategies Communicate professionally with families and supervisors Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes throughout the Charlotte area Ability to pass required background checks Why Sunny Skies ABA?
