We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team to fill part time late afternoon 3:00-6:00 pm and 4:00-6:00 pm positions in Concord. In addition, we may have some other part time positions. The ideal candidate will work directly with one individual with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is crucial in supporting our clients' growth and development through structured programs and individualized care. Duties Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behaviors using Central Reach Essentials. Assist clients in developing skills for daily living, social interactions, and communication. Maintain medical documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies. Collaborate with team members, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Provide support in behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills in special education and ABA practices. Requirements RBT certification highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree or coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities. Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with families and team members. Must have reliable transportation for in-home and community-based sessions and be willing to travel within assigned areas.
