Job Description
We are hiring for the following disciplines;
BCBAs supervise the work of BCaBA and others who implement behavior analytic interventions. (Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.) Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): The BCaBA conducts descriptive behavioral assessments and is able to interpret the results and design ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions for individuals. The BCaBA designs and oversees interventions in familiar cases (e.g., similar to those encountered during their training) that are consistent with the dimensions of ABA. The BCaBA obtains technical direction from a BCBA for unfamiliar situations. The BCaBA is able to teach others to carry out interventions and supervise BTs once the BCaBA has demonstrated competency with the procedures involved under the direct supervision of a BCBA. The BCaBA may assist a BCBA with the design and delivery of introductory level instruction in behavior analysis. It is mandatory that each BCaBA practice under the supervision of a BCBA. (Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.) Board Certified Behavior Analyst-DoctoralTM (BCBA-DTM): The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc. (BACB) offers a doctoral designation for Board Certified Behavior Analysts with doctoral training in behavior analysis — Board Certified Behavior Analyst-DoctoralTM (BCBA-DTM). It is not a separate credential and it does not grant any special privileges above or beyond the BCBA credential. Professionals who are credentialed at the BCBA-D level function in the same capacity as a BCBA (i.e., they are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services). BCBA- supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who provide behavior-analytic interventions. BCBA- who wish to provide supervision must complete additional training and continuing education requirements

The BCBA seeks the consultation of more experienced practitioners when necessary. 3+ years experience is preferred, however new graduates would be considered. Each state has specific requirements regarding licensure and/or certification, if needed.
