RBTs work directly under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs that utilize ABA principles as designed and instructed by the BCBA. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a High School diploma or the national equivalent (college degree is preferred) Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal reliable transportation Must pass a background check, OIG check, and Health Registry check prior to employment Must hold an existing certification or commit to pursuing an RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 30 days of employment
