Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - School-Based Position Community Connections ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to children in a school-based setting. This position requires a professional who understands the importance of consistency and attendance, as our clients depend on their Behavior Technician's support to successfully participate in their educational environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00
PM Summer:
Services are provided in our clinic/office setting.
School Year:
Services are provided within the school setting. What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Reliable and punctual Consistent with attendance Dedicated to helping children reach their goals Professional and able to work independently Flexible and adaptable to client and school needs Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families Important This position requires a high level of commitment. The children we serve rely on their Behavior Technician to attend school and participate in daily activities successfully. Frequent call-outs, attendance issues, or unreliable schedules can significantly impact a child's progress and educational experience.
