What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Design and adjust programming based on client progress and ongoing evaluation Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs, including training and performance feedback Support and guide families to ensure consistency and long-term success Collaborate with other providers and members of the treatment team Review and analyze data regularly to inform clinical decisions Complete intake assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines
