Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs ensuring quality and effectiveness Supervise and mentor behavioral staff, providing training and professional development Track and analyze client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress and strategies Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Commitment to ethical and professional standards Experience with electronic health records and data collection tools Background in parent training and family support Experience working with individuals with diverse or complex needs
