Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:

Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS Conduct functional Behavior Assessments Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements Manage electronic data regarding the client's progress using the system of

BCBA Job Requirements:

Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States Master's Degree 1+ years of experience 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish)
