As an RBT at Abode ABA, you'll work directly with children to implement personalized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Using evidence-based techniques, you'll help children develop essential behavioral, communication, and social skills. You'll also collaborate with families to ensure progress is consistent across settings. This role offers you the chance to grow professionally, receive ongoing training, and truly make a lasting impact in the lives of children.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use evidence-based techniques to help children develop key skills in behavior, communication, and socialization. Collect and record data on client progress and ensure accurate documentation. Reinforce positive behaviors and assist in managing challenging behaviors. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure therapy consistency across environments. Provide feedback to the clinical team to monitor and adjust therapy programs as needed. Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Foster a positive, supportive environment for children, helping to build trust and engagement.
