00/hour depending on experience and certification $500 sign-on bonus for BT candidates (paid in two installments at 30 and 60 days) $1000 sign on bonus for RBT candidates already credentialed with the BACB! - paid training provided) Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields) Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliable transportation This is an active, hands-on role.
You'll spend time on your feet, on the floor, and actively engaging with children throughout the day. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and responding quickly to movement as needed.
