Let's work together to help children receive the best kind of ABA therapy they can get! We are seeking dedicated professionals who are looking to grow their skillset and advance their careers. We offer true mentorship every step of the way! Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Essentials For Living, Vineland) Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Determine frequency and direction of services for children receiving ABA therapy Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients served Monitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progress Provide parent counseling/training Collaborate effectively with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated care Complete all treatment documentation in accordance with Astra ABA deadlines and BACB guidelines Maintain all documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, state, and insurance requirements Participate in company, clinical, and professional meetings or development activities as required What you don't know, we'll teach ;)
