Starting at $100,000+ per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000
- Sign-on bonus requires a one-year employment commitment and is paid in scheduled installments throughout the first year.

What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA methodologies Provide direct behavior analytic services and clinical oversight Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze client data to guide treatment planning Train, mentor, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care Monitor treatment progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards What You Need Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Current CPR and First Aid certifications Ability to thrive in a collaborative clinical environment Why Join Already Autism Health?
