Lead Registered Behavior Technician Location:
Raleigh, NC 27615 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The Lead RBT will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This leadership position involves supervising and mentoring RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity, and collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver effective behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of RBTs to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Assist BCBAs in data collection, analysis, and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Conduct training sessions and ongoing coaching for RBT staff. Monitor treatment progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Minimum of 2 years experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or community settings as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Work Environment This position involves working in various settings including client homes, clinics, and community locations.
