What You'll Do Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients Collect and record accurate data on client progress Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure client success What We're Looking For Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Passion for working with children and individuals with developmental needs Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
