Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the implementation of behavioral therapy programs designed to improve the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress through data-driven interventions, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. Duties Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support licensed behavior analysts in conducting learner assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with disabilities, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across settings and optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and behavioral therapy techniques. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health practices, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Experience in data collection methods and using data to guide clinical decisions. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health assessments and patient care. Previous involvement in intake procedures or patient assessment processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Pay:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
