Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress, improve their quality of life, and foster independence. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy across settings. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Conduct intake assessments and patient care activities with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to medical terminology and best practices. Experience Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, patient assessment protocols, and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments within clinical or educational settings. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a patient-centered manner while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
