Fast hiring process - hear back within 24 hours of applying Position Overview As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client's home Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record session data accurately Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions) Paid Training & RBT Certification Path Looking for RBT training or paid training opportunities ?
