Benefits That Support Your Life, you'll receive: Majority premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (rated in the top 10% of programs across industries in the USA) Profit-sharing Up to 30 individualized wellness sessions per year with a licensed nutritionist or dietitian Access to a financial advisor to help plan your future, budgets or goals Competitive pay increases post-credentialing Generous bonuses Professional development support What You'll Do as an RBT Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting under the supervision of a BCBA Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect and record data accurately during sessions Assist clients in developing communication, daily living, social, and coping skills Participate in team meetings and trainings Ability to get up or down from the floor independently Support generalization of skills across settings and activities Ensure ethical standards and client dignity are upheld in every interaction What You Bring Active RBT certification (or willingness to become credentialed through our training) Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Eagerness to learn and implement treatment plans Must be able to lift up to 35lbs, Bending and squatting for upwards to an hour per day Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time Be energetic, caring and detail-oriented Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to make a difference We know that high-quality care starts with a supported team.
