as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst in Winston-Salem, NC, where you will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a supportive environment dedicated to fostering growth and development through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and families. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical standards. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for clients and their families.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with diverse populations. Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
